Opgave information:
Project Manager Digital IT with knowledge of Slavic languages or Romanian, focusing on coordination, meeting facilitation, documentation, and support of project teams in an EU environment.
Konsulent kompetencer:
Project Manager Digital IT at proficient level with strong organizational and coordination skills.
– Ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel and support several team members.
– Strong written skills for meeting notes, correspondence, short reports, and internal documentation.
– Experience in planning and facilitating meetings and workshops, including agenda preparation, minutes, and follow up on action items.
– Strong communication skills and experience in independent dialogue with country representatives, National Focal Points, and internal colleagues.
– Ability to act as an interface between technical specialists and project managers.
– Understanding of administrative project processes, document management, and reporting requirements.
– Knowledge of EU project management and experience from public or international organizations is an advantage.
– Strong intercultural awareness.

150 days per contract with the possibility of continuous renewal.

The years of studies could be considered as experience too. So someone who studied 4 years a master and has 1 year experience, should be considered as proficient
Arbejdsomfang:
Full-time
Udførelse og lokation:
– 2 to 3 days per week from the office in Copenhagen.
– Home office is possible within a 200 km radius.
– Multiple weekly offsite days are generally not possible initially, but may be discussed if needed.
Sprogkundskaber:
– English is mandatory.
– Moldovan and or Romanian are highly desired
